The short version: We enforce Zero Data Retention on all AI processing. Your question is not stored by any AI provider. We keep only what's needed to deliver your report and process your payment.
What we collect
- Email address — to deliver your report and payment confirmation.
- Research question — to run your analysis. Stored in our database during processing.
- Payment information — processed entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.
Zero Data Retention
All AI model calls are made with Zero Data Retention enabled:
- Your question and the AI's responses are not stored by any AI provider.
- Your data is not used to train any AI model.
- Processing happens in memory only — once the response is returned, it's discarded by the provider.
How long we keep things
- Job record (question, email, status) — retained for support and debugging.
- Methodology trace — hosted at a unique URL for 90 days, then deleted.
- Report email — delivered via Resend, subject to their retention policy.
Who has access
- ExperiMetal — for support, debugging, and refunds.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- AI providers — your question is sent for analysis with Zero Data Retention. They don't keep it.
- Cloudflare — hosts your methodology trace page.
- Resend — delivers your report email.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone not listed above.
Cookies and tracking
We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or browser fingerprinting. No third-party scripts.
Your rights
- Access: Email us for a copy of all data we hold about you.
- Deletion: Email us to have your records and trace pages removed.
